Refund Policy

We believe in fairness and transparency. Here’s how deposits, cancellations, and refunds work at Precision Flooring.

Deposits

A deposit equal to 50% of the total project cost is required to secure your installation date and order materials. The remaining balance is due upon completion and your final walk‑through.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • More than 7 days before start date: Full refund of deposit, including any material costs not yet incurred.
  • 3 – 7 days before start date: Deposit refunded minus any restocking fees or custom material charges already paid by us.
  • Less than 3 days: Deposit is non‑refundable, but we will reschedule your project for a date within 60 days at no extra charge.

Material Returns & Restocking

Special‑order materials (non‑stock colors, custom tile patterns, etc.) are generally non‑returnable once ordered. For stock items, a restocking fee of 15–25% may apply depending on the supplier. We always inform you before ordering if materials are non‑refundable.

Service Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with our work, we will first attempt to resolve the issue under our 5‑year workmanship warranty. If a mutually agreeable solution cannot be reached, a partial or full refund of labor charges may be issued at our discretion. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Change Orders

Any changes to the scope of work after material ordering may result in additional charges or delays. We document every change order in writing so you always know what to expect.
